THE blue frog GRILL established in 2007 serves Traditional Texas Cuisine with a Continental Flare.
Executive Chef Brett Spivy, Pastry Chef deon Spivy and General Manager Shawne Somerford bring over 50 years combined restaurant experience to Historic Downtown Marshall.
Located just one block north of the original Harrison County Courthouse, the dining room with its floor to ceiling windows on the north and east has plenty of window seating for our guests. Parade and people watch from the best location downtown.
OUR SUSTAINABLE PHILOSOPHY
The Blue Frog Grill believes: local, almost daily purchasing creates a more sustainable community while providing the freshest possible plate of food; local where possible (30 miles), organic where practical (greens & vegetables), and responsible, known vendors always, are not just words but a way of life!
Fresh Breads and pastries, classic sauces and house butchered certified angus beef products fill the seasonal lunch and dinner menu. Chef deon’s pastries are always a great accompaniment to an espresso drink or an exotic, citrus/spice Tea Classic served hot or cold. Try the Cappuccino Drink of the month for dessert.
HOURS OF OPERATION
Kraft paper on the tables for lunch and white table cloth in the evening are indicative of the dress code…. whatever makes you comfortable
Normal Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday lunch 11am – 2:30 pm; Monday Night is STEAK & OYSTER Night – that’s all you get!; and Dinner is served Thursday, Friday and Saturday beginning at 5pm. CLOSED ON SUNDAY.
