About Us

The bluefrog GRILL is co-owned and operated by Chef Brett Spivy, his wife and bluefrog GRILL pastry chef Deon Spivy, manager Shawn Somerford, and Ellen Searle.

We are located in what used to be the Pelz jewelry store and Matthewson's drugstore. The interior brick wall is original dating back to the late 1800's. The conversion of two stores into one occurred in 2004 at which time it became a restaurant, the Austin Street Grill.
